    Please be sure to complete all the fields when ordering, orders with INCOMPLETE or false data can and will NOT be processed. Patta always keeps personal information like your name, address, email address, or phone number private and for process and delivery purposes only. Patta does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    We accept payments via various safe and trusted services like iDeal, Paypal and local money transfer services. We also accept credit card.

    ORDER PROCESS
    Orders are usually processed the same or next businessday (monday through friday, EXCLUDING weekends and holidays), pending payment verification and will be cancelled after 5 workdays.

    SHIPPING
    To get the best shipping prices for our customers the shipping charge is calculated per order based on chosen products and location. National and international orders will be shipped directly via TNT Post and must be signed for at delivery. In special cases

  • when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.

    DELIVERY TIME
    Please allow 3-15 workdays after we have received payment, depending on the destination. Patta is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Patta has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

    IMPORT TAX
    When ordering goods from Patta for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country, Patta is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Patta cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

    AVAILABILITY
    We try our best to keep our webstore as up to date as possible. Even though our online stock is updated automatically, there is

  • always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked “available” are NOT available in desired sizing and/or sold out. patta.nl will try to inform you as soon as possible when this occurs and give you alternative options if possible.

    REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
    Patta will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) within 7 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise. Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euro.

    SIZING
    All sizing is in US size unless indicated otherwise.

    GIFT CERTIFICATES
    Gift certificates are available in store only and are only exchangeable in store as well.
