ORDER CONFIRMATION
Customer will receive an email to activate order confirmation. Unactivated orders will NOT be processed. ALWAYS wait for the following email-invoice containing order and payment information to insure ordered item(s) are in stock before making ANY payments. Also please check your junkmail-folder.

Availability
We try our best to keep our webshop as up to date as possible. However, our online stock is UPDATED MANUALLY, therefore there is always a possibility the ordered item(s) marked "available" are NOT available in desired sizing or sold out.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payments via money transfer (Holland only) and Paypal (international) if you would like to pay with creditcard, you can do that via Paypal. Registration with PayPal is not required. For national money transfers additional information will be sent to you after order confirmation.

ORDER PROCESS
Orders are usually processed the same or next businessday (monday through friday, EXCLUDING weekends and holidays), pending payment verification and will be cancelled after 5 workdays.

SHIPPING
To get the best shipping prices for our customers the shipping charge is calculated per order based on chosen products and location.
International orders will be shipped directly by FedEx, orders within Europe will be shipped by GLS. Packages must be signed for. As of now, GLS does not provide a tracking service on their website.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for orders within The Netherlands:
clothing: 5.00 euro
footwear: 10.00 euro
Shipping rates for orders outside The Netherlands to be confirmed according to product, weight and location.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays maximum after we have received payment in full. Patta is NOT responsible for any delays caused by the chosen delivery service on your package during delivery, Patta has NO control over this.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
You can return item(s) within 7 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money minus shipping costs and/or additional fees.
Both the returned item(s) and the packaging has to be in unused as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.
Cancellation of orders: If an in stock/activated order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euro.

Patta is not responsible for any actions taken by the chosen delivery service and/or customs on your package during delivery, Patta has NO control over this.
The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Patta has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
