De Harde Leerschool is a non-profit program in which about 25 troubled youths learn to gain trust and respect for self, as well as one other through an intense physical and mental program based on the game of rugby. The program is guided by professional rugby coaches, mental coaches and a program leader, tackling issues the youth encounter, such as behaviour, unemployment, criminality and authority. It teaches them responsibility while at the same time prepare them for employment and/or education to utilise their full potential. The NPO documentary "Brotherhood" chronicles this initiative and is set to air December 13 16:00 on NPO2.
