Sam de Jong is an Amsterdam-born filmmaker raised on the outskirts of the city. He honed his craft by directing documentaries, commercials, music videos and such, before graduating from Dutch film school with the short film 'Magnesium' in 2012. Since 'Magnesium', he created the critically acclaimed short films 'Marc Jacobs' and 'Malaguti Phantom', before moving on to write and direct his debut full length feature film 'Prince', which will be in Dutch cinemas June 25.
