JOB OPENING: STORE MANAGER - AMSTERDAM

In the 15 years since its inception, Patta has grown from a small Amsterdam sneaker store to a globally recognised streetwear brand with stores in Amsterdam, London and Milan. The Amsterdam store is still the backbone of the company and Patta is looking for a store manager for this branch, starting October 2019. 

As store manager, you are responsible for running the Amsterdam store and keeping the Patta feel with the store staff and customer. You will be responsible for overall planning, an efficient roster, coaching staff and keeping everyone motivated. 

Apart from the shop floor, management of inventory, supporting with the promotion of events and local activations, you will be involved with the buying department and knowing the status of product flow and supply chain will be part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the stores in London and Milan. Together with the merchandiser and retail coordinator, you will analyse sales data to increase store sales. You will take initiative and know the necessary steps to take in order to improve processes, cost control and sales.

Requirements

At least 3 years experience in retail manager position
Great time management & organisational skills
People management 
Sales driven 
Entrepreneurial 
Tech savvy - preferably experience with SAP, Shopify & Excel
Excellent Dutch and English, both speaking and writing
Flexibility
Round the clock mentality
