Panjabi Hit Squad at Boiler Room

The Panjabi Hit Squad, comprised of British DJs, producers, and radio broadcasters, have lent their talents to both BBC Asian Network and, in the past, BBC 1Xtra. They've crafted multiple albums, one of note being "Desi Beats Vol 1" in collaboration with Def Jam. Their remarkable success includes three victories at the UK Asian Music Awards in 2003, 2005, and 2012. In their debut performance at Boiler Room, the duo journeyed back to the roots of their career, returning to Southall. The event was a vibrant and boisterous celebration of Panjabi culture, featuring sound systems, bhangra beats, creative bootlegs, customized cars, distinctive fashion, a strong sense of community pride, and a showcase of the diverse diaspora in all its splendor.
