Strictly Tapes at Café De Duivel

Join us for a momentous occasion on Thursday, July 27th as Strictly Tapes proudly presents a truly special two day showcase. Prepare to be captivated by the talent of Lewis Parker & DJ Juice from the U.K, our esteemed special guests, as they take the airwaves for Strictly Tapes 26 live on Echobox from 18:00 to 20:00 CEST. Tune in and warm up for the festivities taking place on Friday.

But the excitement doesn't end there! On Friday July 28, Lewis Parker and DJ Juice will grace the infamous Café De Duivel, located at Reguliersdwarsstraat 87, Amsterdam. This extraordinary evening, commencing at 20:00 and lasting until 04:00, promises an unforgettable experience for all. The night will be filled with an eclectic mix of pure hip-hop, artistic delights, and good spirits, courtesy of Patta's own DJ Edzon and Vic Crezée who are joined by Blöd Heinie. Additionally, the visionary behind Strictly Tapes, Anan Striker, will showcase devilish artwork, unveil the highly anticipated Strictly Tapes cassette collector box, and treat the audience to some classic cassette tunes. The best part is, there is no entrance fee! This event is open to all – be sure not to miss it, or risk being an angel when you could've experienced something truly extraordinary. 

Lewis Parker, a musical prodigy born in London in '77, had an early start in the world of UK hip-hop with the release of his debut EP, 'B-boy Antiks,' during his teenage years. His undeniable talent and mastery of the legendary SP-1200, an iconic beat-making instrument, has earned him a place among the greats. In 2003, Lewis Parker released his first vinyl, 'Mr Parker's Siesta,' under his label imprint, 'Dusty Vinyl.' Since then, he has continued to impress the world with his releases of tapes, records, and merchandise through Dusty Vinyl, catching the attention of Anan and leading to an unforgettable collaboration.
