Leading the kitchen is the talented Prince Asford, a 29-year-old chef hailing from Ghana, representing the vibrant second-generation Africans and their new cultural traditions. Assisting him is sous chef Riyan Khani, an asylum seeker from the reception center, who has been working with Marcel since its opening.
