JOB OPENING: CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE
In this role, you will be responsible for processing sales- and return orders, from receipt to delivery to the customer (both domestic and international) and handling customer complaints. You ensure coordination with our warehouse, logistics and production to make sure orders are processed correctly and meet customer demands. You maintain customer contacts via email and telephone.
What will you be doing
Processing orders that need to be shipped from the store;
Processing all returns;
Answering and handle emails and phone calls from customers;
Managing the end-to-end customer service function;
Improving the customer's experience through the systems and communication they receive.
Critical thinking (Bachelors level);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Dutch);
Experience in customer service is highly beneficial;
Experience with Excel, Shopify and SAP are highly beneficial;
Important competencies you have: commercially oriented, result-oriented, communication skills, planning and organizing, team player, sense of responsibility, flexible, great time management and resistant to stress.
